James is a brilliant electrician. We’ve been working our way round renovating our house and so he’s done many things from diagnosing and fixing things to installing new lighting systems from scratch. Communications is the best of any trade person I’ve ever worked with, incredibly reliable, proactive communications and reminders. He’s also super personable, informative and helpful no matter what he’s working on. Probably the best run small trades business from a customer service perspective I’ve ever worked with. No notes, would recommend without hesitation.

After moving into my first property a few months ago, I contacted JP Electrical to assess the safety of the system. They responded promptly and arranged a visit quickly. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the extensive work that needed carrying out.

James did a fantastic job fitting nine light fixtures around our house. He was punctual, responsive with emails when we had to rearrange the time and we love his work. He was friendly (our 3 year old loved him), completed the work to high standard and was very tidy. Part way through the morning lost all power to the downstairs tried to locate the source of the problem hindered by no internet. Was recommended James and JP electrical. Fantastic service talked me through the problem over the phone restoring most of the power. Then arrived the same day and located the problem, also making a couple of potential problem areas safe and some advice on light fittings while he was here.
Got the heating back on immediately which was so helpful.
